What was the highlight of Estoril 7 Hotel

Location across from Cascais shopping

The room was bad. No privacy. A bit run down. The pillows had a strange smell. I have been to this hotel 4 or 5 times in the last few months and have never been assigned such a poor room. Expressed that I was not happy with the room and nothing was done except that I could pay more for an upgrade. As far as I could see the hotel was mostly empty. Had booked 2 nights but left at the end of just one night and moved to another hotel. Not going back.

I did not like what I saw seeping from the underground...

I did not like what I saw seeping from the underground garage carparking roof. It was extremely evident that there was seepage from waste pipes. Staff were disinterested and lacked any sense of assistance. The Barman was accommodating. Restaurant shut except for the night a tour bus group was staying. Staff were unfamiliar with the facilities and bus services close by.

Friendly staff. Easy check in. Surprised with an upgraded room. Clean, modern and centrally located. Nice breakfast. Definitely will stay here in the future.

Fast in person check-in / check-out.

Fast in person check-in / check-out. Good communication with staff. Property was next to the highway, good for passing through stop. Had a garage for the car. Rooms were clean, bathroom could be more modern but was clean and had everything we needed. Great value Hotel!

Helpful staff, there is parking & elevators (was very important to us due to amount of luggage), is conveniently located by the highway & in front of big shopping mall

It’s overpriced - should cost 60€ max; the location is by the highway, which is convenient when you are travelling further (which was our case) or if you plan to visit the Estoril race track, otherwise it’s a nightmare (no place to walk to around, industrial look, noise of the cars); the hotel needs rennovation

I enjoyed my stay here, the staff and breakfasts were good.

I enjoyed my stay here, the staff and breakfasts were good. The general cleanliness was excellent apart from the carpet mentioned below. The hotel is located next to a large shopping mall with a large range of shops and restaurant outlets. There are numerous cheap buses to take you anywhere in the area.

I decided to have a superior room. The room size was good, with an excellent bathroom. There was a kitchenette with a microwave, hob and fridge. My only disappointment was with the condition of the carpet. It was badly stained in places and suffered from a number of cigarette burns. See attached pics

Even though the hotel was located next to the highway, the rooms were very well isolated from its noise. The hotel is located next to the shopping mall.

Our stay exceeded more than excellent and we wished that we could have stayed a little longer.

The breakfast was first class . also ample parking was provided. Considering that the Hotel is located very near to the Motorway it was very quiet.

The Staff don't appear to wear uniforms thus we could not tell who was Staff and who wasn't One other thing was that I was ready to pay and was told that I had already paid for the rooms, I have always understood that when you book the hotel that the card number was given purely as a security measure. One other thing was that my Dad had to go to reception to complain about the noise the staff was making

Location good, breakfast very good and coffee good.

Location good, breakfast very good and coffee good. Staff very good, hot water great. Good value for money.

Aircon not working, bed a little hard, new visitors coming in far to noisy with windows open so could not sleep. R&M needs work on ceilings. Otherwise good value for money.

I would definetely stay here again.

We enjoyed our spacious room with kitchen. Bed was giant and comfy. Room was silent even though highway was near. There is a big shopping center just near the hotel. Parking was nice and free.

A/C was making weird noise, a little bit too cold in winter.
